Inspection Fees
Detached: ($500~$1,000)+HST; Semi-detached: ($450~$700)+HST; Townhouse: ($400~$600)+HST; Condo-apartment: ($350~$500)+HST. The fee varies depending on the type, size, age and location of the property. Please call or email us for pricing.
The home inspection industry is still an unregulated profession. Different inspectors have various qualifications, experience, equipments, reporting systems, and of course different prices. All make it difficult, or even risky to find a home inspector. If you are shopping around to find an inspector, shop by quality and experience, NEVER shop by price.
Payment Methods and Due
We accept cash, cheques, and e-transfers, but not credit cards. Payment is due at the end of the inspection.
