A Letter from Sen Lin

Dear friends,

Over the years, I have had the honor and fortune of serving so many of you. I am so graceful for your trust and continued support!

Through my career, I have come to deeply understand that home inspection is far from a simple task. It is a complex and demanding job, testing the inspector in every aspect. As the saying goes, "To offer someone a cup of water, you must have a full reservoir". That's why I constantly strive to improve myself through ongoing learning - actively participating in continuing education, learning from industry experts and peers, and proactively updating my knowledge and skills. The learning never stops.

The majority of our business comes from your referrals and repeat clients. I truly understand that buying a home is one of the most important decisions many people make in their lives, with little room for error. By choosing or recommending me for this critical task, you place immense trust in my. Every home is unique and may come with its own issues. I approach each inspection with the utmost caution and seriousness, as if I were buying the home myself. I believe this is the best way to repay your trust.

Just like the name of our company "Wintrust", our mission is to earn your confidence with top-notch professional competence, high-quality service, and unwavering ethical standards. And we will always strive to maintain that trust.

It is my sincere hope to become your lifelong home consultant and trusted friend!

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Sen Lin, RHI, CEA
