I hired Mr. Sen Lin as my home inspector for the first time to inspect the house we put the conditional offer on in May, 2008. During the home inspection, I have found Mr. Lin is very responsible, experienced, professional and very patient. "We bought a big and old house in downtown Toronto in 2005. After visiting a lot of houses for sale, we found this house was the only one that met all our requirements in location, size, especially in price. This home had been vacant for a long time, and looked very bad. There were holes, cracks, watermarks and damage everywhere. Windows and doors were old and rotten. The basement was just a mess. And it had a water heating rather than a central air heating system......In a word, it gave everybody a bad impression.
